Privacy on this website
What the demo form collects
When you request a demo, we receive what you type into the form:
- Full name
- Role
- Institution
- Phone / WhatsApp and/or email
- Message (optional)
Along with it we keep the date it was sent, your browser type and your approximate country, which helps us spot spam.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to discuss our services with you. We never sell it. If you give us an email address, we send you one automatic confirmation that we received your request.
Hosting logs
Like most websites, our hosting may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
Deleting your details
You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing info@hashgacha360.com or contacting us.
Privacy on the platform (for schools)
- It belongs to the school. Student information that a school enters into the platform belongs to that school.
- Used only for that school. We use it only to provide the service to that school.
- Limited access. Access is limited to the authorised staff the school designates.
- Not sold. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except where needed to run the service.
- Export or delete. A school can ask us to export or delete its data.
- Reasonable care. We take reasonable measures to protect the information.

- The information on this website is general. It is not professional, medical or psychological advice.
- Our services are provided under a separate agreement with each institution.
